MacGruber...

It's been 8 days since seeing MacGruber and now that I have regained some IQ points, I can give a review on the movie that should have stayed on TV.

Is it stealing?

A young man opened a savings account when he was a minor, which means he really had no control over the account as his mother not only had her name on it because of his age but she also put the stipulation that he had to be 18 to access and control it.

After accruing a decent amount in the account, roughly $500.00, his mother withdraws all but $20 or so dollars. This was done without his permission.

My how things have changed

I was out driving yesterday and decided to visit my alma matter to see how much has changed since I was a student there 20 years ago. The building looked the same from the front but once inside it was very different from when I ran the halls.

Spare the rod and spoil the child?

How often has this been said? How often has it been put into practice? I am beginning to think that it's become an unwritten law after observing how children act today.

Your personal info just got less personal

Why are sites like spokeo.com allowed to steal your personal info and sell it off? Who gives them the right to do it especially if you are not subscribed to their site? Looks like it's time to play whack-a-mole to keep private information private.
